Leaflet distributors in favour of fascist to be arrested: CA press secretary

The interim government has issued a stern warning against individuals distributing leaflets undermining law and order, stating that those involved will face arrest.  

At a press briefing held at the Foreign Service Academy this evening, Chief Adviser�s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam emphasized that supporters of the fallen fascist regime are attempting to create unrest by spreading misinformation through leaflets and online platforms.  

�Our message is clear�anyone distributing these materials will be arrested,� Alam stated.  

He further explained that the content of these leaflets could destabilize the country, prompting the government to take swift action. Additionally, he warned that those spreading disinformation online would also be brought to justice.  

Addressing economic concerns, Alam reiterated Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus�s directive to curb extortion and ensure stable prices of essential commodities during the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.  

The press briefing was attended by Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder, Senior Assistant Press Secretary Foyez Ahammad, and Assistant Press Secretary Suchismita Tithi.
