BNP will file a case against the Chief Election Commissioners of the 2014, 2018, and 2024 National Parliament elections, along with all other commissioners from those election commissions.

The case will be filed with Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station at 10:40am on Sunday. A copy of the case will also be submitted to the Election Commission (EC) office.

BNP media cell member Shairul Kabir Khan told the Daily Observer on Saturday, "Our delegation will first go to the Election Commission with a copy of the case. Then, at 10:45am, they will go to Sher-e-Bangla Nagar Police Station and file the case."

It has been learned that the BNP delegation will be led by Salahuddin Ahmed, a member of the party's central committee.

BNP claims that the Election Commission and officials involved in the last three elections were responsible for serious irregularities. The interim government has already started looking into these complaints.

It is important to note that the 10th National Parliament election in 2014 was conducted by Chief Election Commissioner Kazi Rakibuddin Ahmed, the 11th election in 2018 was held under KM Nurul Huda, and the 12th election in 2024 was led by Kazi Habibul Awal.
