During the 27th Senate session, held on Saturday at the university’s academic building, Treasurer Professor Dr. A.T.M. Jaforul presented the budget, which forecasts revenue income of approximately 5.65 billion taka against revenue expenditures. The highest allocation in the budget is for examination-related expenses, set at 2.89 billion taka, followed by 1.88 billion taka for salaries, allowances, and benefits.

To cover the shortfall, the university expects to receive grants from the government via the University Grants Commission.
