NTRCA publishes teacher recruitment result

The Non-Government Teachers’ Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) has published the results of its sixth public circular for teacher recruitment, recommending 41,627 candidates for vacant posts in MPO-listed private educational institutions across the country.

The results were officially handed over by NTRCA Chairman Md Aminul Islam to Education Adviser Professor Chowdhury Rafiqul Abrar on Tuesday (August 19).

According to NTRCA, educational institutions concerned must issue appointment letters to the recommended candidates by September 18.

Once appointed, candidates are required to join their respective institutions within seven working days of receiving the appointment letter. Institution heads can download the letters from the official Teletalk website (http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd) using their designated user ID and password.

Before issuing appointment letters, each institution must form a three-member verification committee, led by the head of the institution, to examine candidates’ academic credentials and NTRCA’s recommendation letters.

The authority clarified that it will not bear responsibility if institutions provide incorrect vacancy information, accept candidates without proper verification, or face legal complications.

NTRCA further stated that any candidate found to have secured recommendation through false or misleading information will have their appointment cancelled.

Similarly, appointments will be voided if a candidate is deemed unfit during police verification.

Once a candidate joins, the institution head must log into the website within seven working days and confirm the status under the “Joining Status” option.

Failure to provide appointment letters within the stipulated timeframe may result in disciplinary measures against the institution head and the governing body, especially if candidates file complaints.
