Regional connectivity must translate into lower consumer costs, maritime security into safer livelihoods for coastal communities, and energy cooperation into a stable power supply. A Regional Standard for Port Digitisation: Partnering with technologically advanced nations like Japan and Singapore to create a unified digital interface for port operations, enhancing efficiency and transparency across the region's maritime chokepoints.
