Pirojpur Lawyers Assoc forms new body

PIROJPUR, Feb 18: The District Lawyers Association formed a convening committee during its annual general meeting (AGM) held on Tuesday morning at the association's hall room in the town. 

The meeting was presided over by the organisation's President Advocate Faruk Sardar, and conducted by its General Secretary Advocate Ahsanul Kabir Badal.

Subsequently, a seven-member convening committee was formed, with Advocate Sayed Sabbir Ahmed appointed as convener and Advocate Premananda Halder as member secretary. 

The committee has been tasked with forming a new full-fledged committee within two months, counting from 17 February.

The other members of the committee are Advocate Abdus Sahid, Advocate Akram Ali Mollah, Advocate Subod Aich, Advocate Khairul Islam Shamim, and Advocate Monirul Islam.
