Greater Kashinathpur Society hosts iftar, prayer gathering in Dhaka

The Greater Kashinathpur Society in Dhaka organized an iftar and prayer gathering on Friday, bringing together people from various walks of life in the capital.

The event was held at Prince Kitchen Restaurant in Mirpur area of the capital, where Disaster Management and Relief Secretary Saidur Rahman Khan attended as the chief guest.

Special guests included former member of Bangladesh Power Development Board Engineer Md Azharul Islam, Managing Director and CEO of Jamuna Bank Limited Mirza Elias Uddin Ahmed, former Pro-Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Professionals Professor Dr Khandaker Mokaddem Hossain, CEO of Dainik Rupali Bangladesh Parvez Khan and senior journalist Khairuzzaman Kamal, among other distinguished guests.

The iftar gathering was marked by a cordial and friendly atmosphere. Residents of Kashinathpur living in Dhaka, representing diverse professions, participated in the event and expressed their commitment to further strengthening bonds of brotherhood and harmony.

Organizers said the Greater Kashinathpur Society would continue to play an active role in social and humanitarian activities in the future.
