Health and Family Welfare Minister Sardar Md Sakhawat Hossain has said that before finding out who is at fault, we need to keep our mothers' breasts full.

He made the comment on Wednesday while responding to journalists whether there has been any mismanagement in the past regarding vaccination.

''We are passing a critical moment.''

Vitamin A capsules will be fed to children within June, the minister added.

''Although the measles infection situation is like a natural disaster, the government has been able to overcome this crisis to a large extent. Vaccination has been completed in most districts. The remaining children will also be brought under the vaccination program.''

Sakhawat Hossain said, ''Every vaccination programme is now ongoing. There is a slight shortage of Vitamin A capsules, but we expect to have an adequate supply by June. According to the existing schedule, Vitamin A capsules will be distributed twice a year. No shortage will be allowed in this sector.''
