Bangladesh Railway has begun selling advance train tickets for Eid-ul-Azha.
Assuming the festival will be observed on May 28, tickets for May 27 have started at 8AM on Sunday.
All seat tickets will be sold entirely online.
Meanwhile, tickets for trains operating in the eastern region will go on sale at 2PM.
Tickets for intercity trains scheduled for May 23 were sold on May 13, for May 24 on May 14, for May 25 on May 15 and for May 26 on May 16.
A passenger may purchase tickets only once for advance Eid travel and can buy a maximum of four tickets per transaction. Advance Eid travel tickets will not be refundable.
