Sonali Life Insurance PLC successfully organised its prestigious “M.G.Q Leaders Club Awards Programme 2024-2025” at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), Dhaka on Monday, to recognize and honor the outstanding achievements, leadership, and dedication of its top-performing professionals from across the country, says a press release.
The event, dedicated to the memory of the company's visionary founder, Mostafa Golam Quddus, was presided over by Moinul Islam, Chairman of Sonali Life Insurance PLC and hosted by Md Rafiqul Islam, Addl MD and CEO (In-Charge). Mir Mohammad Helal Uddin, MP, State Minister of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs and the Ministry of Land, attended as Chief Guest.
The programme brought together members of the Board of Directors, senior management, Leaders Club Achievers, and distinguished guests. Award presentations, motivational sessions, and cultural performances marked the occasion, celebrating excellence and inspiring future success.
The event also celebrated Sonali Life’s strong industry position in 2025, ranking 5th in Premium Income Tk. 865.87 Crore, 5th in Renewal Premium Income Tk. 541.24 Crore, 6th in Claims Settlement Tk. 405.15 Crore, and 7th in Life Fund Tk. 892.97 Crore among life insurers in Bangladesh. The company also remained among the Top 10 in Investment Portfolio with investments worth Tk. 675.45 Crore.
