Army Chief leaves for Czech Republic, Slovakia on official visit

Chief of Army Staff General Waker-Uz-Zaman left Dhaka on Sunday on a five-day official visit to the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

During the visit, General Waker-Uz-Zaman is scheduled to meet senior defence officials and other key dignitaries of the two countries aimed at strengthening bilateral defence relations and cooperation, according to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR).
