The Ghanaian shaman who grabbed headlines after claiming to have "cursed" England captain Harry Kane has made another bold World Cup prediction. Nana Kwaku Bonsam now says Lionel Messi's Argentina will be eliminated after losing to Cape Verde.

Bonsam first went viral before England's group-stage clash with Ghana, claiming he had cast a spell to stop Kane from scoring against his country.

"I'm working on Harry Kane. I don't want him to suffer a serious injury, but I'll do enough to stop him against Ghana. I'll do my job to help Ghana win," he had said.
The match ended in a goalless draw, and it remains the only game in the tournament in which the Bayern Munich striker failed to score.

After the final whistle, Bonsam declared himself "the world's most powerful shaman" and said he would lift the curse so Kane could score again. He even joked that he would name one of his children Harry because Kane was "not my enemy."

His prediction appeared to gain attention when Kane found the net in England's 2-0 victory over Panama in the following match.

Now, Bonsam has turned his attention to Argentina, claiming the reigning champions will suffer a shock defeat to Cape Verde and crash out of the World Cup. Whether his latest prediction proves accurate remains to be seen.
