Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka detained during protest in Delhi

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and several senior party leaders were detained by Delhi Police on Tuesday while protesting outside Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence in New Delhi.

The Congress leaders staged a sit-in on Lok Kalyan Marg, demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan over the ongoing controversy surrounding the NEET examination paper leak.

Police later intervened, detained the protesting leaders and escorted them away from the protest site.
