DMP transfers 2 OCs

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has appointed new Officers in-Charge (OCs) for Kafrul and Bhashantek Police Stations, while transferring the incumbent OCs to separate units.

An office order, signed by DMP Commissioner Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, confirmed the matter on Wednesday.

According to the order, Inspector Md Saiful Islam, currently serving as an unarmed police inspector in the Wari Division of the Detective Branch (DB), has been appointed as the new Officer in-Charge of Kafrul Police Station.

Meanwhile, Inspector Mohammad Nazrul Islam, an unarmed police inspector from the Cyber Special Crime (North) Division of the Detective Branch, has been appointed as the new Officer in-Charge of Bhashantek Police Station.
