Two petrol bombs recovered in Agargaon

Police have recovered two petrol bombs from Agargaon in the capital on Sunday (September 20) night.

The explosives were safely removed, and an investigation is underway to identify those involved, police said.

Meanwhile, a fire broke out in a coach of the Haor Express train at Kamalapur Railway Station around 9:30pm on Sunday while the train was awaiting departure for Mohanganj.

Railway authorities said the fire was quickly extinguished. The cause of the fire, including whether it was an act of sabotage, could not immediately be confirmed.-AHH
