Nasiruddin Patwari condemns attack on Salman Muqtadir's studio

In a social media statement published early Sunday (September 27), Patwari wrote: "Terrorists attacked and vandalized Salman Muqtadir's studio because he refused to pay extortion money. During the critical days of July, when many chose silence, Salman stood publicly alongside students, offering medical support and shelter to those injured."  

Highlighting concerns over ongoing security issues, Patwari added, "If citizens must still live under the fear of extortionists and terrorists following political change, where is the true reform? People did not unite in July to replace one tyrant with another. I vehemently condemn this attack and pray our nation is safeguarded from extortionists, terrorists, and oppressors."  

The statement follows an attack at approximately 10:30 PM on Saturday (September 26), when an armed group vandalized and looted Muqtadir’s studio located at New Green Property in the ECB Circle area. The perpetrators reportedly stole surveillance equipment, production gear, mobile phones, and wallets while causing extensive damage to the facility.
