Dr Nurunnahar Chowdhury, Member (Secretary) of the Planning Commission, has been appointed as the new Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism.

The Ministry of Public Administration issued a gazette notification in this regard on Wednesday (October 14).

Meanwhile, Fahmida Akhter, who has been serving as the Secretary to the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, will proceed on Post Retirement Leave (PRL) on Thursday (October 15).
