Batting collapse: 4 wickets lost in 28 runs

Bangladesh must win their match in the tri-nation ODI series to reach the final, while also meeting the required run-rate equation.

However, the Tigers are now struggling to build a respectable total after losing four wickets for just 28 runs at Sharjah, having elected to bat first after winning the toss.

Tanzid Hasan Tamim (1), Soumya Sarkar (0), Najmul Hossain Shanto (15) and captain Towhid Hridoy (0) have already returned to the pavilion.

At the time of filing this report, Bangladesh were 65 for four after 19 overs. Saif Hassan was unbeaten on 24, while Parvez Hossain Emon was batting on 16.
