BRAC Bank offers discounted counselling services to cardholders

BRAC Bank has partnered with Alight in Zen Limited to offer discounted counselling services to selected credit card and Premium Banking debit cardholders.

Under a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed between the two organisations, eligible cardholders will be able to access three counselling sessions for Tk 10,000.

The initiative aims to expand customer benefits beyond conventional banking services by providing access to professional counselling at a preferential rate.

Md Mahiul Islam, Deputy Managing Director and Head of Retail Banking at BRAC Bank, said the partnership reflected the bank's efforts to introduce services that support customers' personal health and overall wellbeing.

The agreement was signed at a ceremony attended by representatives of both organisations. BRAC Bank was represented by Md Ashraful Alam, Head of Alliances, Retail Banking; Ehsan Bin Samad, Senior Manager, Premium Banking, Retail Banking; and Raihanul Kabir, Senior Manager, E-Commerce, Retail Banking.

Alight in Zen Limited was represented by its Founder and CEO Mahira Habib and Naziha Tabassum Shaptarshi, Growth and Psychology Trainee.
