BNP Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will lead a procession on foot in the capital on November 7, marking National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
The rally will begin at 3PM from the party's central office in Nayapaltan, with BNP leaders and activists preparing to take part in the programme.
BNP leader and Dhaka North City Corporation Administrator Shafiqul Islam Khan Milton confirmed the plan at an exchange meeting in Mirpur on Wednesday (November 4).
He said Tarique Rahman would personally join the procession on foot and lead it through the streets of Dhaka.
Milton also stressed maintaining party discipline, warning that organisational action would be taken against anyone using the party for personal gain.
The BNP has instructed its leaders and activists to participate in the programme in a disciplined and responsible manner.
