In the upcoming BASIS election Mohammad Nuruzzaman is contesting for the position of a Director and he begs blessings and support from all the valued members of BASIS.
Md. Nuruzzaman presumes that Bangladesh has a immense opportunity in software industry and Bangladesh has lots of world class software product which can't achieve the desired success or reach to the target due to lack of proper marketing opportunity or market outlet facilities.
He thinks that if we can properly utilize the World wide Non Resident Bangladeshi (NRB) network, 15000 DIIT Alumni network that are spreading in developing country and permanently residing in UK, Germany Australia, Canada and are holding key positions in different international IT Industry, ISTQB network and developing linkage between the Bangladeshi Embassy's abroad and NRB, a vast market for Bangladeshi software industry can be created.
He expressed his commitment to take the special initiative from BASIS to create market for Bangladeshi software where all prominent software products would be gathered in a showcase under BASIS umbrella.
Md. Nuruzzaman hopes that Bangladesh will take position in software market for outsourcing following NASSCOM trend as majority control of the out sourcing market is in the hand s of DIIT Alumni. He is hopeful bringing under the BASIS platform and utilizing the DIIT network, it is possible to spread BASIS all over the world and to create a free market for software industry of Bangladesh.
If Md. Nuruzzaman  is elected, he commits to set up liaison office targeting six countries in UK, USA, Germany, Dubai, Malaysia and Australia within 3 months for Branding BASIS, Bangladeshi IT Industry and software marketing where no money will be invested from BASIS rather using the great network. He is interested to expand Bangladeshi Software industry in a new height within three months of his winning.
As the ICT Ministry and Central Bank (Bangladesh Bank) is providing 10 % special incentive for IT industry, so they can play an important role to implement this. Many business delegates move to different countries from Bangladesh in several times, but all of their attempts are in vain. No Liasion Office or Market out let was established yest for creating software market. If NASSCOM can create net work all over the world, then BASIS also can create marketing net work, he opined.
