IU Bangabandhu Hall's new provost

Prof Dr Tapon Kumar Joarder, Department of Information and Communication Engineering, took charge as the new provost of Jatir Pita Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall of Islamic University (IU) in Kushtia, a press release issued in this regard on Tuesday.
Prof M Mahbubur Rahman, Department of Information and Communi-cation Engineering and former Proctor Prof M Mahbubar Rahman, Prof AHM Aktarul Islam Zillu, and among others, were present at a programme that was held at the hall.
Dr Tapon Kumar Joarder took charge with replacing the acting provost M Bokhtiar Hasan, Department of Finance and Banking.  However, the Jatir Pita Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Hall authorities placed floral wreath at Mrittunjoye  Mujib on Monday around 11:00 am.
