UNSC team to visit Rohingya camps April 29

United Nations is sending a commission of its security council to examine the precise situation of Rohingyas in Bangladesh and Myanmar, the Foreign Ministry sources said.
A-15-member team led by the UNSC president will arrive Bangladesh tomorrow (Saturday) for two days, however, it will leave for Myanmar on Monday morning on another two-day visit.
According to the sources in Bangladesh and UN Head quarter, the UNSC wants to know the situation in its own way, as it received several reports from different organizations even Bangladesh and Myanmar that criticized different parties for the situation. However, the UNSC commission will visit Bangladesh
The UNSC is facing serious problem to make a decision in its own way in its different meeting, although it seriously criticized the Army led Myanmar government vehemently for the military crackdown on Rohingya Muslims at Rakhaine state.
The UN Security Council is composed of 15 members with five permanent members -- China, France, Russian Federation, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and 10 non-permanent members.
