Veteran film producer Iftekharul Alam Kislu has passed away. The producer started the modern era in Bangladeshi cinema and also contributed for Pakistan's modern film movement with his production 'Sangam.' He breathed his last at the age of 91 on January 5 at 9.35pm. His daughter-in-law Fouzia Alam has confirmed the news. The film producer was admitted to United Hospital with pneumonia and old-age complications. His nephew actor Ahmed Sharif has asked everyone to pray so that the Almighty might grant him a place in heaven.
