Ahmad Kaikaus made PM's principal secy
Power Division Secretary Dr Ahmad Kaikaus has been made the principal secretary to the prime minister.
He will replace M Nojibur Rahman, who will go on PRL (post retirement leave) on December 31.
Kaikaus has been discharging duties as Power Secretary from 2017.
