Rajshahi Metropolitan Police (RMP) and Detective Branch arrested 76 people during drives in different parts of the city on Saturday.
RMP and DB Police conducted raids at different places of the city and detained them.
Golam Ruhul Quddus, additional deputy police commissioner of RMP, confirmed this through a press release.
According to the press release, 13 were held in Boalia Model police
station while seven in Rajpara, 10 in Chandrima , four in Motihar, six
in Katakhali, two each in Shah Makhdum, Airport, Karnahar, Belpukur, six
in Paba, eight in Kashiyadanga, six in Damkura police station area and
DB police detained three persons.
