Woman ‘commits suicide’ in Netrakona

Deceased Rawshan Ara, 40, was the wife of Alal Uddin, a resident of Jaria village under Jaria union in the upazila.

Family sources said Rawshan hanged herself from the ceiling in her room at about 10:00am.

Purbadhala Police Station officer in-charge Mohammad Tawhidur Rahman said being informed, police recovered the body and sent it to Netrakona General Hospital morgue.
