Human chain demanding safe roads

A human chain was formed at Bhaluka upazila in Mymnesingh district on Wednesday afternoon demanding construction of an underpass at the Bhaluka Model Police Station area on Dhaka-Mymensingh Highway.
 
Locals organized the human chain on Bhaluka-Gafargaon road in front of Bhaluka upazila premises. People from Birunia, Rajai and Bhaluka Unions of the upazila took part in the human chain.

At that time Bhaluka Sadar UP chairman Shihab Amin Khan, Bhaluka municipal Awami League organizing secretary   Jalal Uddin Pathan, Bhaluka municipal Swechasebak League general secretary Ratan Mandal, Bhaluka upazila BCL former organizing Secretary Ahmed Ullah Khan Mridul, Sharif Ahmed, Shakhawat Hossain were present, among others.

Later, a memorandum was handed over to Bhaluka Upazila Nirbahi Officer and Upazila Chairman.
