RUB students protest demands permanent campus again

Rabindra University of Bangladesh (RUB) students along with others from several educational institutions in Sirajganj's Shahjadpur upazila, staged a human chain on Wednesday demanding a permanent campus for them.

Students of eight different institutions joined the one-hour long procession which cover upazila press club area.

After the procession, students blocked the Bogura-Nagarbari highway around 12 PM for an hour which caused a traffic congestion in the highway.

Alongside the RUB students, Ibrahim Girls High School head-mistress Kamrunnahar Lucky, Anti Discrimination Student movement co-ordinator Adeep Hossain delivered their speech on the procession and demanded permanent campus for RUB without any delay.
