Man held with phensedyl in Joypurhat

Detective Branch (DB) of police have detained an alleged drug dealer along with phensedyl at Panchbibi upazila in Joypurhat district on Tuesday.

The arrested is Rejaul Karim, 38.

According to Joypurhat DB sub-inspector Zulfikar Haider, the raid took place at Hatikhola area of Dhononji union along the Kanzul Ulum Nurani Academy and Girls Madrasa, on a paved road in the upazila. 

During the raid, the law enofrcers arrested Rejaul along with a white plastic bag containing 52 bottles of phensedyl.
 
A case has been filed against the accused with Panchbibi Police Station under Narcotics Control Act, added the police official.
