B. Arch program of the Department of Architecture, Southeast University (SEU) received Accreditation Certificate from Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB). The body of Institute of Architects Bangladesh, after through observation and scrutiny, agreed to offer this accreditation.
IAB President Dr. Abu Sayeed M Ahmed, IAB Vice President Ar. Jalal Ahmed, IAB General Secretary Ar. Qazi Muhammad Arif, and IAB Secretary (Education) Ar. Mahmudul Anwar Riyaad handed over the certificate of accreditation to the SEU vice chancellor in person on 28 December 2016 at the latter's conference room.
Vice Chancellor of SEU Prof. Dr. AFM Mafizul Islam, member of Board of Trustees, Southeast University Trust, Mr. Kamaluddin Chowdhury, pro-vice-chancellor of SEU Prof. Dr. Md. Humayun Kabir Chowdhury, registrar of SEU Maj Gen Kazi Fakhruddin Ahmed, SPP, psc (retd), chairman of the Department of Architecture Prof. Meer Mobashsher Ali, chief coordinator Wing Commander AHM Mostafa Morshed (Retd), dean of School of Science and Engineering Prof. Syed Fakhrul Hassan and all faculties of Architecture Department, SEU were present on the occasion.
