Man held with Yaba pills in Bhola

Police have arrested a man along with 100 pieces of Yaba pills at Lalmohan upazila in Bhoola district on Sunday.

The detained is Anwar Hosain, a resident of Fish Market area under ward no 6 of the municipality.

Acting on a tip-off, a police team, led by sub inspector (SI) Md Abu Yusuf and Md Mafijul Islam, conducted a drive and detained Anwar from the southern road of the Upazila Health Complex on Sunday night, confrimed  Lalmohan Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Md Sirajul Islam. 

Anwar marked as a drug peddler from earlier and legal steps against him is ongoing. Multiple cases were filed against him already, added the OC.
