Man's half-decomposed body recovered in Savar

The half-decomposed body of a man recovered from a reservoir at Ashulia Industrial area in Savar on Wednesday. 

However, the identities of the deceased could not be known immediately.

Police recovered the body from the waterbody besides the Nabinagar-Chandra highway in the morning.

Billal, who discovered the body, said that he found the body floating on the reservoir around 6:30 AM, and informed police calling on the 'National Emergency Number 999'.

Being informed, police recovered the body from the reservoir, confirmed Ashulia Police Station officer-in-charge.
