Truck helper killed in Satkhira road accident

The deceased was Rezwan, 24, son of Rezaul Islam from Poginathpur village under the municipality.

According to witnesses, a truck lost control over the steering and hit another truck standing beside the road in front of the upazila Jamaat Islami office at around 4:30 AM. This impact left its helper Rezwan died on the spot. The truck driver sustained injuries at that time.

Kalaroa Police Station confirmed the death, adding that they have recovered the body from the scene and seized the truck.
