Youth's body found floating in Ctg

Police recovered the floating body of an unidentified young man from a water canal of Dewanbazar area under Kotwali Police Station in Chattogram on Saturday.

The identity of the deceased, aged about 35, could not be known immediately, the police officials said.

Confirming the matter, Kotwali Police Station officer-in-charge Abdul Karim said that locals found the flaoting of the youth and informed police.

Being informed, a team of police recovered the body and sent it to Chittagong Medical College Hospital (CMCH) morgue for autopsy.

Police were looking into the matter, the OC added.
