US, Iran exchange written proposals as first phase of talks ends

US and Iranian delegations exchanged written texts outlining key issues as the first phase of talks in Pakistan concluded, Iranian media reported.

Sources close to the mediation have told Al Jazeera that the first phase of in-person talks has ended in Pakistan, reports Al Jazeera.

The sources said the two delegations are exchanging written texts �" essentially aimed at confirming that they’re on the same page on agreements reached on Saturday.
