IFIC Bank holds cashless initiative programme in Patuakhali

A two-day awareness and outreach program on promoting digital transactions under the "Cashless Bangladesh Initiative," organized by Bangladesh Bank, was successfully completed in Patuakhali. 

As part of this nationwide initiative, IFIC Bank PLC led the program as the lead bank. On the first day (Sunday, April 19, 2026), the programme began with a colorful rally in the morning, where invited guests and officials from various banks paraded through the city. 

The seminar was chaired by ANM Moinul Kabir, Director of the Payment Systems Department-1 at Bangladesh Bank Head Office. The Chief Guest was Arif Hossain Khan, Executive Director of BB Head Office.
