Bangladesh's 2-1 ODI series victory over New Zealand has boosted both team rating points and individual standings in the latest International Cricket Council (ICC) rankings.

The biggest gains came from the pace trio of Nahid Rana, Shoriful Islam and Mustafizur Rahman, who shared 18 wickets in the series.

Nahid, who claimed eight wickets in three matches, jumped 16 places to 48th. Shariful moved up 11 spots to 28th after taking five wickets, while Mustafizur climbed 14 places to 41st, highlighted by his five-wicket haul in a single match.

In the batting rankings, Nazmul Hossain Shanto made a significant leap, rising 11 places to 32nd. The left-hander was the only centurion across both sides in the series. Liton Das also progressed, moving up 15 spots to 65th after scoring 129 runs, including a half-century.

All-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz, also the captain of Bangladesh ODI team, advanced to joint third in the ODI all-rounder rankings following his contributions with both bat and ball, accumulating 36 runs and two wickets in the decisive match.

He shares the position with Mohammad Nabi on 275 rating points. Azmatullah Omarzai remains at the top with 329 points, while Sikandar Raza holds second place with 276.

Bangladesh players have also made gains in the T20I rankings following the opening match of the ongoing series.
