427th Board Meeting of Standard Islami Bank PLC was held at the bank's Boardroom, Head Office, Dhaka recently, says a press release.
Chairman of the Board of Directors Mohammed Abdul Aziz presided over the meeting. It was attended by Vice Chairman Gulzar Ahmed, Directors Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, S AMD Hossain, Al-haj Mohammed ShamsulAlam, Md Zahedul Hoque, Ferdous Ali Khan, A K M Abdul Alim, Ashit Kumar Saha, JhahedulAlamand Independent Directors Golam Hafiz Ahmed and Khondoker RumyEhsanul Huq.
Md SharafatUllah Khan, observer of Standard Islami Bank PLC and Director (PSD) of Bangladesh Bank attended the meeting. Md Siddiqur Rahman, Acting Managing Director andMd. Mizanur Rahman, FCS, Company Secretaryof the Bank were also present in the meeting.
