Uttara Bank signs deal to establish modern security operations center

Uttara Bank PLC has signed an agreement with Elevate Solutions Limited to implement a modern Security Operations Center (SOC) powered by Microsoft Sentinel, a leading SIEM platform.

The agreement was signed at Uttara Bank PLC.’s head office in Dhaka in the presence of high officials from Uttara Bank PLC., Elevate Solutions Limited and Microsoft, says a press release. 

Under this initiative, Elevate Solutions Limited will design, deploy, and operate a centralized SOC to strengthen the Bank’s cybersecurity. 

The platform will provide real-time monitoring, advanced threat detection, and faster incident response to better protect the Bank’s digital infrastructure.The SOC will strengthen Uttara Bank PLC.’s resilience against evolving cyber threats and reinforce trust in its digital banking ecosystem.
