Youth beaten to death

CHATTOGRAM, June 21: Police recovered the body of a youth, from Polo Ground Railway Public High School premises in Chattogram city on Sunday morning.

The deceased was identified as Joynal, 27, son of Mohammad Dulal of Dhanyalapara Chhota Masjid area under Doublemooring PS in the city.

This information was confirmed by Kotwali Police Station (PS). Police arrested two school security guards on charges of involvement in the incident. According to eyewitnesses and police, the incident took place in the morning; school security guards Azad and Sameer Das alleged the youth Joynal was trying to steal a computer by opening the window glass behind the school principal’s room and slipping through the grill.
