BD seeks stronger global co-op to counter evolving terrorism threats

Bangladesh has called for enhanced international cooperation to counter the evolving threat of terrorism, warning that terrorist groups are increasingly exploiting artificial intelligence, encrypted communications, virtual assets and other digital technologies.

Addressing the UN General Assembly debate on the United Nations Global Counter-Terrorism Strategy on July 1, Bangladesh's Permanent Representative to the United Nations Ambassador Salahuddin Noman Chowdhury reaffirmed the country's policy of zero tolerance towards terrorism and violent extremism in all forms and manifestations.    �"UNB
