Robi honours 20 organisations with Elite Partners Excellence Award

Robi Axiata PLC has honoured partner organisations with the Robi Elite Partners Excellence Award 2026 for their contribution to customer engagement, service excellence and value creation within the Robi Elite ecosystem during the first half of 2026.

The award ceremony was held at Robi's corporate headquarters in Tejgaon, Dhaka recently, says a press release. 

Ziad Shatara, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Robi Axiata PLC, attended the event along with senior company executives and representatives from Robi Elite partner organisations.

The award-winning organisations named in the statement are Pathao, Walton, Shwapno.com, Dhaka Bank, icddr,b, ShareTrip, Babuland Bangladesh, Radisson Blu Chattogram Bay View, Secret Recipe, Sea Pearl Hotel and Resort, Tasty Treat, Mithai, Savoy, Bandbox, Zantrik, Pizza Inn, Chologhuri.com, Mentors, Star Tech, BD Tax Technology and Gold's Gym.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ziad Shatara said the award reflects mutual cooperation and shared commitment to delivering customer-centric services.

Shihab Ahmad, Chief Commercial Officer of Robi, said the company continues to secure privileges for Robi Elite subscribers by partnering with brands across banking, travel, healthcare, hospitality, retail, education, technology and lifestyle sectors.
