Mobile financial service provider bKash has announced discounts and cashback offers worth more than Tk 10,000 to encourage the use of Bangla QR and expand cashless transactions across the country.
As part of the initiative, bKash has already replaced its existing QR codes with Bangla QR at merchant points in line with government directives. The company said the move will strengthen the digital payment ecosystem and make cashless shopping more convenient for customers.
Under the campaign titled “Payment means bKash”, customers can enjoy various discounts and cashback offers on payments for lifestyle products, food and beverages, superstores, online shopping, home décor, travel, entertainment, healthcare, education, gadgets and other services. The offer will remain valid until August 31, 2026.
Customers can avail up to Tk 1,500 in discounts and cashback at lifestyle outlets, including clothing, footwear and accessory brands such as Apex, Bay, Richman, Top Ten and Yellow.
For online shopping, bKash is offering up to Tk 1,300 in cashback and discounts at several e-commerce platforms, including Pickaboo, Othoba and Cartup.
Shoppers can also receive up to Tk 400 in cashback and discount coupons while making payments at superstores and online grocery platforms such as Shwapno, Lavender, Meena Bazar and Unimart Online.
In the food and beverage category, customers can get up to Tk 800 in cashback and discounts at restaurants, cafes, bakeries and food delivery platforms, including Mithai, BFC, KFC, Coopers, Sumi’s Hot Cake and Star Kebab & Restaurant.
Meanwhile, travel-related services, including online travel agencies, train, bus and air ticketing platforms and hotel booking services, are offering discounts and cashback of up to Tk 3,300 through bKash payments.
Customers can also enjoy up to Tk 800 in cashback and discounts on healthcare services through hospitals, pharmacies, diagnostic centres and online healthcare platforms, including Square Hospital, Medinova, icddr,b, Popular Specialised Hospital and Lazz Pharma.
bKash said additional campaigns are also ongoing across different categories, allowing customers to avail more discounts and cashback while making digital payments.
