Dear Sir,
Marriage is a sacred bond. Unfortunately, family conflicts and misunderstandings often lead to divorce, and the number of such cases has been increasing in recent years. While divorce affects both spouses, children often suffer the most.
A video that went viral on social media showed a mother signing divorce papers while her three-year-old daughter, sitting on her lap, innocently asked, “Mom, what are you writing?” Too young to understand, the child had no idea that her parents’ separation could change her life forever. Whether or not every family shares this experience, many children lose the love, care, stability, and emotional security that both parents provide.
Parents should therefore carefully consider the long-term impact of divorce on their children and make every sincere effort to resolve conflicts through patience, understanding, and constructive dialogue whenever it is safe and appropriate.
