IPDC Finance, RAY White partner to expand home financing access

IPDC Finance PLC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with RAY White Ltd to expand access to home financing and offer exclusive benefits to prospective homebuyers through an integrated property and financing solution.

The strategic partnership aims to make home ownership more accessible, affordable and convenient by combining RAY White Ltd’s expertise in the real estate sector with IPDC Finance PLC’s customer-centric home financing solutions, says a press release.

The MoU was signed by Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Head of Distribution, Retail Business of IPDC Finance PLC, and Sujan K Paul Chowdhury, Chief Operating Officer of RAY White Ltd on behalf of their respective organizations.

Also present at the signing ceremony were Mehedi Mahmood Khan, head of mortgage, retail business; and Md. Imran Hossain, head of home loan sales (Metro), retail business, representing IPDC Finance PLC., along with senior officials from RAY White Ltd.

Under the partnership, customers purchasing selected properties marketed by RAY White Ltd will be eligible for a range of exclusive benefits, including special booking offers, preferential property prices, competitive home loan interest rates and discounted loan processing fees. 

The two organizations will also collaborate through digital platforms and joint marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and simplify the home-buying journey.
