Ctg shipyard explosion kills 5

A powerful explosion at a shipyard in Bhatiari, Chattogram, on Friday left five people dead and at least five others injured.
All the casualties are believed to be workers at the shipyard, according to initial reports.
Eyewitnesses said workers were carrying out their regular duties at the shipyard when the massive explosion suddenly occurred, sending a loud blast across the area.
Locals said the injured workers were rescued and first taken to Bhatiary BSBA Hospital where three succumbed to their injuries. The others were later shifted to Chattogram Medical College Hospital where two died.
The exact cause of the gas leak could not immediately be confirmed.
