Argentina beat Brazil to win third straight U-17 Futsal title

Argentina made it three in a row in the Copa America Futsal U-17 tournament, defeating Brazil in the final match with a 2-1 win.
The exciting final was played in Luque, Paraguay, at the CONMEBOL Suma Complex, where Argentina beat their arch rivals to win the Copa America U-17 title.
The Albicelestes took the lead in the eighth minute of the first half courtesy of a Thomas Bariuz strike. The Selecao did not succeed in their efforts to draw parity in the first half.
The South Americans came back in the second half and drew parity in the sixth minute of the second period, with a Luca goal. Both teams fought for the winning goal, and they could not manage to score one during the second half and headed into extra time.
In the fourth minute of extra time, Lorenzo Sampred scored the deciding goal for Argentina to make the scoreline 2-1.
After the referee blew his whistle, the Argentine players celebrated winning the coveted trophy.
