Abhishek Sharma produced a breathtaking 32-ball 82 as India cruised to a seven-wicket victory over Afghanistan in the T20I.
Chasing 157, India raced to 157 for three in just 13.4 overs, completing the chase with 38 balls to spare.
Abhishek dominated the Afghanistan attack from the outset, striking the ball cleanly and setting up India's emphatic victory. His explosive innings earned him the Player of the Match award.
Earlier, Afghanistan posted 156 for eight in their allotted 20 overs. India's spinners played a key role, delivering 60.7 percent of their balls in the good-length zone and conceding just 26 runs for two wickets.
