DBBL holds strategic conclave for Dhaka and Mymensingh regions

 
A Strategic Conclave of Dutch-Bangla Bank forthe branches of Dhaka and Mymensinghregions was held in Dhaka recently at a local hotel in a hybrid model to formulatebusiness strategies and to strengthen customer service excellence, says a press release. 

Md Ahteshamul Haque Khan, Managing Director and CEO of Dutch-Bangla Bank was present as the Chief Guest in the programme. In his speech, the Managing Director and CEO said that DBBL has undertaken various strategies to become the Best Financial Solution Partner “the Trusted Partner” for its customers. 

He highlighted several strategic priorities, including a Client Caring Mentality, to ensure service excellence. He urged all participants to contribute more effectively towards achieving the Bank’s strategic objectives and strengthening its position in the industry.

The Branch Managers of the Dhaka and Mymensingh Regions expressed their commitment to achieving their respective business targets by implementing the strategies provided by the Management and ensuring excellent customer service. 

The senior management team also shared their observations and provided guidance on improving customer service and achieving businesstargets.

The officials of Branches and Sub-Branches, Regional Heads of Rocket and Agent Banking and ADC Supervisors of the region were also participated at the conclave through online.
